These terms and conditions apply to all users of the bett99 platform. By accessing the bett99 website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

• The account holder is solely responsible for the security of their account.

Bett99 accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC). The minimum deposit is ৳100 and the maximum single deposit is ৳5,00,000. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.

Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Your first withdrawal may take up to 24 hours to process. Subsequent withdrawals are typically completed within 5–15 minutes.

• All deposit funds must come from a legitimate source.
• Before making a withdrawal, the deposited amount must be wagered at least once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.
• A new withdrawal request will not be accepted while a previous one is still pending.
• Withdrawals submitted with incorrect information will be cancelled and the account may be subject to investigation.

All bonuses and promotional offers at bett99 are subject to specific terms. Each bonus comes with a stated wagering requirement. If these conditions are not met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

For Sports Betting: once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. bett99 is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection. In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, bett99's settlement policy will be announced separately.

• If a technical error causes the outcome of a game to be uncertain, bett99 reserves the right to void that round.
• Placing bets on opposing sides of the same match (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• The use of software or bots during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Betting odds are subject to change at any time — the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bett99. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and the forfeiture of all deposited or won funds.

• Opening or operating an account using a false identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Making deposits and withdrawals for the purpose of money laundering.
• Placing artificial bets through a betting exchange.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

Bett99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly in cases of terms violations. Where possible, the account holder will be notified by email prior to closure.

You may also close your account yourself by contacting support. Please withdraw your remaining balance before requesting closure.

• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200.
• If a balance remains at the time of account closure, it must be claimed within 30 days.
• Account balances will not be refunded if the account is closed due to fraud.

If a resolution cannot be reached through support, you may escalate the matter to bett99's licensing authority. The support team will provide full details on how to do so.

• To file a complaint, please provide your account ID, the date of the incident, and a detailed description.
• GamesSave relevant screenshots or evidence during the course of any dispute.
• Bett99's decision shall be final in all dispute resolutions.
